He is certified as a Zig Ziglar Master Trainer, Behavioral Analyst, Strategice Success Modeling & 360 Degree Feedback Leader.

    Ajai has been associated with TMTR People Solutions since the last fifteen years. He is a Master Trainer for Maximum Potential Proception2, Spectrum Assessments and IWAM (Institute of work attitude and motivation) as well as a certified CEO Coach with certifications from the institute for productive tension, Achieve Global, Blake & Mouton, Entretel and Target Training International. . He is accredited on MBTI and Situational Leadership II by Ken Blanchard. His vast experience of 40 years includes training 10000+ Participants in 500+ companies across all regions of India, United Kingdom, Italy, Indonesia and the United States.
